An ERP System is an IT application covering most core requirements of companies  like bookkeeping, sales, purchasing, inventory control. ERP-Ledger is based on Ledger123, an enhanced version of SQL-Ledger. It includes some enhancements for Japan.

This is a Extension developed by First Choice Internet. In many cases companies use transport companies to pick up goods from a supplier or to send goods to their customers. This extensions provides pickup orders, transport orders and delivery lists. Pickup order and transport order can be printed or send by email to a customer specific transport company.

Transport companies are special vendors - as they normally invoice for their services. A transport company can be assigned to a customer or vendor as Transport Partner. The transport partner will then be automatically copied to a new sales order or purchase order .

Transport takes time and in addition the transport company requires a bit of lead time as well. Therefore you need to notify your transport partner 2,3 or more days before you or your customer requires the product. When entering a sales order you can now specify a transport date (for purchase orders we call it pickup date). If you have assigned a transport partner it will be pulled automatically into the order; otherwise you can enter it manually.

You can select your sales orders by transport date (purchase orders by pickup date) and print or email them to the transport partner. You can also use the batch printing functions to print several documents in one go. This extesnion also includes a delivery list document. It has just been added because many companies use it.

Chart of Accounts

Chart of Accounts are fully customizable. Accounts are structured by account numbers and GIFI numbers. This allows you to have 2 different reporting structures.

The Trial Balance shows all the accounts with postings within the selected time period. You can drill down each account and check every single document.


At any point in time you can check your balance; it will always be as up-to-date as your data entries.

Accounts Receivables

Here you can check all open and/or closed accounts receivable transactions and customer invoices. There is also a Aging Report which shows open invoices grouped by days overdue.

Sales Order Requirements

This report displays the products required for orders received. Using another transaction you can create purchase orders for open sales orders.

You can translate all product and service description into one or more target languages. The correct language version will then be printed on all documents.

Be it the monthly rent, salary payments, customer invoices transactions can be scheduled to be recur on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly pattern. Scheduled transactions are suggested for execution but not executed automatically.


You can specify more than one currency. The system fully supports sales order, purchase orders and other transactions in different languages.

You can close your books at the end of the month and thus prevent changes. It is also possible to enforce transaction reversals i.e. document changes are not possible and activate the audit trail.
